This role involves troubleshooting, rework, and ensuring product quality during the aircraft build process. * Pay = 31.00 - 34.00 per hour Direct hire Key Responsibilities: * Perform rework and repairs on seating systems per technical specs * Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components * Address cosmetic and installation issues * Communicate with customer and internal teams * Submit accurate part orders and follow site procedures * Drive company vehicle as needed within facility * Attend daily meetings and required safety training Qualifications: * High school diploma required; technical degree preferred * 2+ years of field service or related experience * Mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of drawings, tools, and computers * Strong communication and customer service skills * Valid driver’s license; willing to travel occasionally Pay Details: 31.00 to 34.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
