Job Summary: We're seeking reliable, efficient, and meticulous Housekeeper Cleaning team members to work with us on an on-call basis to provide top-notch cleaning services to our clients, focusing on Airbnb cleanings and move-out cleanings throughout the summer months. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income during the summer, with potential for part-time work going forward. Responsibilities: • Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment, • Restock supplies, replace linens, and perform other tasks as needed, • Follow a strict pre-established routine & follow directions, • Maintain professional interactions with clients, • Review your work carefully to ensure quality standards are met, • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction, • Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and productivity standards, • 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (preferred), • Amazing attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds, • Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites, • Competitive hourly rate: • $22.50/hour for the first 60 days or until you've established a routine that can fulfill time requirements - $23.50/hour after additional 90 days or once you've demonstrated consistent ability to meet productivity standards and deliver high-quality results - $25/hour cap for experienced cleaners • Tips and bonuses for outstanding performance and milestones achieved, • Opportunities for career growth and professional development, • A supportive and dynamic work environment • Retirement Plan: We're committed to helping our team members plan for the future.
