Responsibilities • Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas), • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment, • Restock supplies, replace linens, and complete additional tasks as needed, • Follow a strict, pre-established cleaning routine and directions, • Maintain professional interactions with clients, • Carefully review completed work to ensure quality standards are met, • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction, • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity expectations, • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while following all safety protocols Requirements • 1+ year of housekeeping or related experience (preferred), • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs, • Reliable transportation to and from job sites, • Availability to work weekends (preferred, on-call basis) Success in this role is based on consistency, quality, and professionalism: • Reliability & Attendance Consistent attendance is non-negotiable. No call-outs or no-shows. • Time Management Complete cleanings within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high quality. • Quality Standards After the first month, performance will be evaluated. You are expected to meet quality standards 9 out of 10 cleanings with no re-cleans required. • Communication, • Report any property damage immediately, • Provide updates on job progress, • Communicate clearly and proactively, • Accurate Time Tracking Properly clock in and out for all shifts. • Client Satisfaction Maintain consistently positive client feedback. • Initiative & Responsibility, • Send before-and-after photos without reminders, • Follow Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning standards independently, • Efficiency & Focus Meet target cleaning times without exceeding scheduled hours by staying focused and understanding job notes and expectations.
