Job Summary: We’re looking to bring on strong, motivated, and reliable team members who take pride in their work and bring great energy to everything they do. This role requires individuals who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards every day. Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning is preferred, as attention to detail and efficiency in preparing spaces for guests is especially important in this role. Responsibilities • Clean and maintain residential and commercial properties (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas), • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all surfaces, fixtures, and equipment, • Restock supplies, replace linens, and complete additional tasks as needed, • Follow a strict, pre-established cleaning routine and directions, • Maintain professional interactions with clients, • Carefully review completed work to ensure quality standards are met, • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction, • Work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity expectations, • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while following all safety protocols Requirements • 1+ year of housekeeping or related experience (preferred), • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs, • Reliable transportation to and from job sites, • Availability to work weekends (preferred, on-call basis) Success in this role is based on consistency, quality, and professionalism: • Reliability & Attendance Consistent attendance is non-negotiable. No call-outs or no-shows. • Time Management Complete cleanings within scheduled timeframes while maintaining high quality. • Quality Standards After the first month, performance will be evaluated. You are expected to meet quality standards 9 out of 10 cleanings with no re-cleans required. • Communication, • Report any property damage immediately, • Provide updates on job progress, • Communicate clearly and proactively, • Accurate Time Tracking Properly clock in and out for all shifts. • Client Satisfaction Maintain consistently positive client feedback. • Initiative & Responsibility, • Send before-and-after photos without reminders, • Follow Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning standards independently, • Efficiency & Focus Meet target cleaning times without exceeding scheduled hours by staying focused and understanding job notes and expectations. What We Offer: • Competitive hourly rate: Compensation & Raises Starting Pay: • $20/hour for the first 30 days (or until you establish a routine that meets time and quality expectations), • $0.50–$1.00/hour increase after the first month, • Must meet 5–6 out of 8 expectations (or more), • Pay cap: $24/hour Mid-Level Performance Raise • $0.25/hour increase, • Must meet 3–4 out of 8 expectations, • Clear goals are provided to reach full performance within 60 days Improvement Plan (No Raise) • Applied if there are reliability or quality issues, • A structured improvement plan will be implemented to support success Contact Information: Catie 360-731-1655 owner@platinumcleaningsolutions2018.com We look forward to welcoming you to our team & making lives a little less stressful one sparkling space at a time!
