ABOUT THIS POSITION: The Part-Time Library Assistant provides essential support in the daily operations of the Jersey City Free Public Library. This position assists with customer service, shelving materials, organizing collections, and helping patrons locate resources. The Part-Time Library Assistant contributes to creating a welcoming and efficient library environment while supporting programs, events, and other library services as needed. Client Care Coordinators to develop a team of skilled professional staff, including recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, and staff scheduling to achieve the objectives of both CRF and Agency Funders, • Guide client care coordinators in the development, implementation, and achievement of program goals, • Handle administrative, operational, and programmatic issues that might affect client care coordinator staff, • Assign cases to client care coordinators for newly admitted clients to be assessed immediately upon admission and managed throughout shelter stay, • Ensure the timely appropriate referrals and linkages between mental health providers, government agencies, and other related community-based services as needed, • Serve as agency/program liaison between DHS, government agencies, community-based organizations and/or groups, • Develop and Implement group work to be facilitated by Client Care Coordinators to address family issues, enhance life skills etc., • Ensure that Client Care Coordinators are completing all documentation in a timely manner, • Ensure that Client Care Coordinators assess each client/family for supportive housing, complete supportive housing applications when applicable, and accompany residents to supportive housing interviews when needed, • Ensure that Client Care Coordinators complete and discuss exit summaries with each client, and provide clients/families with referrals and supportive services identified in their new community, • Participate in family meetings with case work and housing teams to discuss planning efforts and progress, • Networking and establishing successful linkages with government and community-based organizations to create resources for both families and staff, • Work in collaboration with the Director of Social Services and the Housing Coordinator to ensure that all services lead to permanent housing placement, • Complete special projects and assignments as needed or identified by leadership, • Must work one late a week from 11 am -7 pm to accommodate both staff and families, • Provide on-call crisis intervention support to Client Care Coordinators, • Perform other duties as assigned CLIENT Job Description As a Client Services Representative (CSR) at the Animal Medical Center, duties will include but may not be limited to keeping accurate medical records, clerical work, client education, and support of the Director of Clinical Services, Client Services Managers, and other team members. This position requires practical knowledge of hospital procedures, policies and services; client and patient treatment protocols; data transcribing and word processing; and the standard procedures, records and terminology used in the veterinary hospital. CSRs work with the entire AMC team to promote a positive attitude and an environment of patient and client-centered service, continuous quality improvement, compliance with AAHA Standards and other statutory requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Acknowledge and cheerfully greet all clients and visitors in a professional and timely fashion., • Proficiently register and check-in new and returning clients and patients and appropriately providing client with and process all forms and other paperwork required for intake and discharge of animals., • Appropriately triage emergency cases and send follow-up communication., • Schedule follow-up, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using Instinct EMR., • Handle all financial transactions and reconcile client files as needed – including auditing invoices prior to clients/patients discharging from the hospital; Reconcile the financial transactions each day – including end of day and end of month., • Offer alternative payment options to clients such as Care Credit and AMC payment plans.
