Oversee the substance use treatment and recovery support services, ensuring alignment with Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC). Ensure all client services comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Monitor and support staff in case management, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, client engagement, and program outcomes. Review and ensure accurate documentation of client records, treatment plans, and progress notes. Collaborate with community agencies, healthcare providers, and referral sources to ensure seamless client care.
