Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Mitigation/Restoration Production Manager for a large (multi unit and state) nationally recognized, well established commercial cleaning and restoration company. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all restoration projects and production crews ensuring quality work and customer service. The main responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development. This front-line, in the field management position leads their team to operational excellence restoring properties and lives after disasters. The position is salary (60-70) plus bonus. Primary Responsibilities • Manage and train a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence, • Manage the customer experience and ensure overall customer satisfaction and high ratings, • Ensure an accurate scope of work for restoration projects and prepare statements of work utilizing industry specific estimating software, • Negotiate with customers and/or clients for approval of restoration activities, • Total loss review and preparation.
