Job Description Position: Administrative Assistant - HOA / Community Management Location: Wurtsboro, NY (Wolf Lake Community) Compensation: $20.00/hr (Premium $30.00/hr on Saturdays) Job Type: Full-Time (36 hours/week) Schedule: Tues-Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) & Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) included after 6-month probation. We are looking for a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to be the central administrative hub for our community, supporting the Director of Operations, Board, and over 280 shareholders. If you have strong administrative skills and value environmental stewardship, this is a unique opportunity. Responsibilities: This role requires a high level of confidentiality and excellent diplomacy when interacting with community shareholders. • Manage administrative requests and applications from Community Members (Shareholders)., • Provide direct support to the Community Manager, Board, and Committees (e.g., Building, Activities)., • Handle all correspondence, greeting visitors, and maintaining meticulous physical and electronic filing systems., • Process committee-related documentation, including organizing reservations and managing maintenance applications., • Assist with financial record preparation, including compiling correspondence for monthly Board Meetings and annual audits., • Ability to multitask and handle frequent interruptions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism., • 3-5 years prior experience as an Administrative Assistant., • Proficiency is mandatory in: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat., • Strong written and verbal communication, and conflict resolution skills., • Ability to prioritize and manage time-sensitive deadlines under stress., • Must reliably commute to Wurtsboro, NY 12790.Company DescriptionWolf Lake, Inc. is a private lake community in Wurtsboro, New York, with a proud history of preserving natural resources while fostering a close-knit neighborhood.
