Qualifications * Valid Connecticut Esthetician License (active and in good standing). * Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on esthetic experience in a spa or clinical setting. * Strong understanding of facial protocols, brow and lash services, skin analysis, and product knowledge. * Excellent time management and communication skills. * Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills * Familiarity with spa scheduling and POS software (e.g., BLVD). * Experience in chemical peels, dermaplaning, brow services, lash lifts, or other advanced modalities (within scope). * Knowledge of Connecticut state hygiene and esthetics regulations.
