Location: Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid (3 days in office) What You Would Get To Do: The Event Technology Coordinator is responsible for assisting the event technology team with registration websites and database management, ensuring consistency in information, accuracy of new and existing data, and list generation. This role may also need to provide support to the event delivery team needing assistance with event and meeting coordination. Limited domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role. Travel up to 10-20%. Your Contributions • Support the team with event registration websites, app builds and all technological aspects of our events, • Database management to ensure consistency in information, accuracy of new and existing data, and list generation, • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients via available communication lines, responding to all client queries within the agreed service level agreements, • Assist in contacting clients for relevant information pertaining to the event, • Coordination of name badges, tent cards, place cards, departure notices, email confirmations, agenda, signage etc. where appropriate, • Lead onsite registration procedures, including training temp staff and monitoring attendee participation., • Travel periodically to oversee attendee logistics and registration for offsite events., • Create and distribute post event client surveys, • List manipulation to provide team members with relevant registration data, year on year statistics, and insight into varied elements and event analytics As part of the interview process, you will be asked to complete a short-written assessment to demonstrate your skill set. • 1+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology or relevant internship experience preferred, • Bachelor's Degree preferred, • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, • Experience with registration website platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite other registration website platforms preferred, but not required, • General knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required, • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Good written and oral communication skills at all levels, • Motivated, self-starter, ability to take direction and work independently; ability to think innovatively, • Flexible and willing to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends) and travel (10-20%) when required to be on-site at events United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000-$75,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Sitting within the Digital Marketing team, this role is responsible for executing high-impact campaigns, managing always-on nurture strategies, managing lead quality, and ensuring seamless alignment between marketing engagement and sales readiness. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute organic social media strategy, including content planning, publishing, and performance optimization across key platforms, • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, event communications, and nurture programs, • Build, optimize, and scale automated workflows and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot (or similar platforms), • Manage inbound leads from digital channels (social, web, events, gated content) and ensure proper segmentation, scoring, and routing, • Monitor campaign performance across email and social, using data to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and timing, • Partner with teams to ensure timely follow-up and alignment on lead quality, lifecycle stages, and handoff processes, • Maintain and optimize marketing automation and CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and consistency, • Proactively identify opportunities to amplify campaigns organically, increase engagement, and extend content reach, • Support A/B testing across email and social campaigns to improve conversion and engagement rates, • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing, • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required; Salesforce is a plus), • Strong background in email marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization, • Proven experience managing organic social media channels and growing engagement, • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, • Ability to self-prioritize, work independently, and proactively drive initiatives forward, • Attention to detail - Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused messaging, • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization across channels, • Familiarity with lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing strategies, • Experience supporting ABM or integrated marketing campaigns, • Knowledge of B2B marketing funnels and conversion strategies

What You Would Get To Do: The Associate Event Technology Manager supports the delivery and execution of event technology solutions, including registration websites, event platforms, and data management, working closely with clients and internal event delivery teams. The role is responsible for building, configuring, and supporting event technology platforms, managing event databases, and producing accurate reporting using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. This position also provides technology and coordination support for live events and meetings as required, helping to ensure event technology is implemented effectively and contributes to a smooth overall event experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required with this role. Your Contributions • Lead the end-to-end implementation and project management of event registration websites, mobile apps, and related event technology platforms for assigned events, from initial setup through live execution and post-event closeout., • Act as a primary point of contact for clients on event technology matters, maintaining direct communication and confidently representing the agency's technical expertise. Provide informed recommendations on platform selection, attendee experience design, and implementation approaches based on event objectives., • Configure, test, and execute event technology systems, balancing multiple concurrent projects while managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and clients., • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and onsite, exercising sound judgment to address challenges without the need for constant senior escalation., • During live events, serve as the lead onsite Event Technology representative when assigned, overseeing registration desk operations, system performance, and onsite troubleshooting, and directing supporting team members as required to ensure seamless delivery., • Manage all technology-related client communications, including save-the-dates, invitations, registration process, confirmations, post-event surveys, and system-driven attendee communications., • Oversee database and list management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, compliance, and effective segmentation. Produce registration reports, year-on-year comparisons, attendance insights, and event analytics to support decision-making., • Coordinate the production and execution of technology-enabled event materials such as name badges, tent cards, place cards, signage, agendas, confirmations, and departure notices, where applicable., • Partner closely with Event Delivery, Production, and Content teams to ensure event technology is fully integrated into overall programme logistics and onsite operations., • Contribute to budget development support by gathering and validating technology-related costs, liaising with vendors, identifying cost efficiencies or value-add opportunities, and supporting post-event reconciliation and follow-up.
