This individual will ensure that invoices and expenses are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The AP Consultant will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing controls, and contributing to the success of our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure appropriate approvals and coding are obtained for all invoices. Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation.
