    Sign offs and Violations Project Manager (DOB Expediter) Job Responsibilities: • Review, and organize documentation to obtain sign offs – Letter of Completions for BIS Alteration Type 2 and Type 3 applications and DOB NOW Build Alteration Applications with NYC Department of Buildings., • Track, coordinate and manage multiple active sign off projects and review for approvals and disapprovals for sign offs and Plan Exam appointments., • Close out open items, file reinstatement, PAA - Post Approval Amendments and all steps involved to obtain Letter of Completions., • Schedule and prepare for Plan Examiner Appointments with DOB, • Review DOB filings to complete all the necessary forms to obtain sign off – Letter of Completion, withdrawals, PAA – Post Approval Amendments, waivers and reinstatements., • Complete Certificate of Corrections forms accurately, prepare and attend ECB Hearings and dismiss violations issued by DOB, FDNY, HPD and other city agencies., • Track, coordinate and manage multiple ECB Hearings and active dismissal of violations projects with various city agencies., • Conduct DOB Research and coordinate with field project manager to obtain approved drawings from DOB and other city agencies, • Provide clients with weekly reports and status updates of each filing through Excel spreadsheet., • Create, communicate and execute filing/approval strategies with clients and co-workers., • Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with design professionals and Department of Buildings personnel Experience Requirements • Preferably CLASS 2 – Code & Zoning Representative License; minimum CLASS 1 – Filing Representative., • At least 2 years of sign offs experience for Alt 2 and Alt 3 applications as Project Manager, • At least 2 years of experience for attending ECB Hearings and dismissal of violations, • Knowledge of reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings., • Knowledge of BIS, DOB NOW Build, and other DOB systems and enforce and use Department of Buildings filing system and procedures., • Strong technical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, • Associate or bachelor’s degree (Preferred), • Two to four years of expediting experience, • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management., • Exceptional customer service disposition, • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Excel and Outlook Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000 to $42,000 per year

Role Overview Global Citizen is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to own the accounting function across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Operations, this role is responsible for the integrity of Global Citizen’s books and records, the timely execution of month-end and year-end close, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities. While Accounts Payable and Payroll functions are executed by designated staff, the Senior Accounting Manager maintains ultimate oversight and accountability for these processes and for the accuracy and completeness of all financial reporting. This role also leads the annual audit, Form 990 preparation, Worker’s Compensation audit, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations & Month End Close 40% • Own and manage the full month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, • Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification and reconciliation of all accounts, • Review balance sheet reconciliations and key account analyses, • Ensure adherence to GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards, • Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls, • Consolidated Financial Reporting & Global Oversight 30%, • Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities, including but not limited to intercompany transactions and multi-currency considerations, • Ensure consistency in accounting treatment and reporting across international books, • Partner with international teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting submissions, • Provide accurate financial information to support leadership decision making, • Audit & Regulatory Compliance 20%, • Lead the annual external audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, • Prepare audit schedules, supporting documentation, and technical accounting memos, • Oversee preparation and filing of IRS Form 990 and related tax filings, • Lead the annual Worker’s Compensation audit and ensure completion of other compliance reporting, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulatory requirements, • Oversight of AP, Payroll, & Financial Controls 10%, • Provide oversight and final accountability for Accounts Payable and Payroll processes, • Ensure strong internal controls over cash and financial transactions, • Partner with staff executing AP and Payroll to ensure alignment with reporting deadlines and accounting standards Fundamental Requirements Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field., • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including nonprofit accounting experience., • Demonstrated experience leading month-end close and preparing consolidated financial statements., • Experience managing external audits and IRS Form 990 filings., • Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards., • Experience working with international entities and multi-currency consolidations preferred., • Proficiency in Sage Intacct (strongly preferred) and advanced Excel skills., • Attributes, • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Using AI tools to work smarter and drive impact is an essential part of every role at Global Citizen. The Seasonal Sports Field Maintenance Worker will report to the Director of Grounds and Sports Field Manager as well as work closely with and take occasional direction from year-round members of the crew. The Seasonal Sports Field Maintenance Worker will be required to work on-site, outdoors and on weekends and holidays. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with the Sports Field crew to assist with daily turf maintenance including, mowing, seeding, fertilizing, watering, leveling, laying sod, removing debris and ball field dragging., • Assist with a variety of projects which can include aeration, hydro-seeding, drainage, field renovations and field layout., • Operate hand tools such as pole saws, loppers, hand saws, rakes, tampers, and shovels., • Operate equipment such as push mowers, weed whackers, hedge trimmers, and backpack leaf blowers., • Operate large equipment such as motorized utility vehicles, and commercial mowers., • Ensure all equipment is secured and well-maintained, including washing, greasing, fueling, and arranging for service of equipment., • Assist other departments, when needed., • Perform other general tasks as assigned.
