Responsibilities Summary: The Physician is the first point of contact for many detainees/inmates and as a result must be able to diagnose a wide range of illnesses and injuries. He/She is responsible for compliance with all rules, regulations, and policies as issued by local, state, and federal authorities. Previous FBO/Aviation management experience is a must. Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to): Operations: • Inventory Management to include fuel operations, quality control & record keeping, and environmental compliance, • Adhere to standards pertaining to the maintenance and upkeep of the FBO ramp, facilities and equipment to the best of your ability., • Maintain ATA 103 Requirements, • Manage both centralized and local vendor agreements as well as Use and Occupancy Agreements, Tenant Leases, OFAC & other compliance related responsibilities, • Approve & monitor contracts with Third Party Service Providers such as Hotels, Caterers, Taxi, Limo and Rental Car, • Monitor traffic on ramp and assist when needed.
