We make delivery more bold, efficient, collaborative and even more enjoyable About this role: Role- Business Analyst- Payment domain Location- Metropark, NJ, Charlotte, NC and Chandler, AZ Payments Technology team is looking for a Lead Business Technology Consultant, specializing in high-value wire payments and interbank networks. You will leverage your deep domain expertise in Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT to drive technical analysis, solution design, and workflow optimization for mission-critical payment transformation. In this role, you will: Lead complex business and technical analysis for payment system initiatives, focusing on wire transfers, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT network integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and design solutions that align with regulatory, compliance, and operational standards. Analyze and document current and future state workflows, identifying gaps and recommending improvements for payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ISO 20022 payment message formats, validation rules, and exception handling. Support the rollout of new payment platforms and upgrades, including migration planning, QA testing and parallel/shadow runs. Liaise with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless integration of new tools. Prepare and deliver clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and training materials. Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for payment modernization initiatives. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in payments technology, operations, or consulting, with a focus on wire transfers and interbank networks. Deep working knowledge of Fedwire Funds Service, CHIPS, and SWIFT payment flows, message formats (ISO 20022), and operational processes.
