Job Description Our client is a non-profit organization. They seek a temp Junior Contracts Associate to join their Far Rockaway, NY office. Responsibilities • Draft, review, and edit standard contracts, agreements, amendments, and related documents using approved templates., • Support the full contract lifecycle, including intake, routing for approvals, execution, and proper filing and retention., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure contract requirements are clearly defined., • Maintain contract records and update contract management systems with accurate and timely information., • Review agreements for completeness, consistency, and alignment with organizational policies and compliance standards., • Assist in communicating contract status and incorporating revisions during internal and external review processes., • Organize and maintain contract files, templates, and supporting documentation in a secure and accessible manner., • Monitor key contract dates, including renewals, expirations, and deliverables, and flag upcoming deadlines., • Generate basic reports on contract activity, status, and obligations as needed.
