The Digital Marketing Director develops and leads digital and ecommerce marketing strategies across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of footwear brands. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy, this role partners with brand, ecommerce, and marketing teams to translate business goals into clear strategy, creative direction, and high-impact campaign execution. The Director brings new insights and opportunities, streamlines cross-functional collaboration, and produces effective briefs, messaging frameworks, and brand ideas. The CRM Production Specialist is responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing high-volume email and SMS marketing campaigns across multiple footwear brands. This role owns end-to-end campaign production—from template/HTML builds through QA, scheduling, and send—while also maintaining automated lifecycle programs (welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, and win-back). The Senior Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across Marc Fisher’s portfolio of eCommerce brands.
