Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify their needs, strengths, and areas for growth.\n, • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation approaches.\n, • Provide therapy sessions to clients across various demographics, addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics.\n, • Facilitate couples therapy to assist partners in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships.\n, • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories, while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.\n, • Engage in regular consultations with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.\n, • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies for clients in acute distress or emergency situations.\n, • Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of marriage and family therapy, participating in ongoing professional development activities.\n, • Advocate for clients' needs, empowering them to take charge of their treatment and connecting them with additional resources as necessary.\n, • Foster a supportive online environment for clients, prioritizing their security and confidentiality in all interactions.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n In your role as an LMFT at Allina Healthcare, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be vital in addressing their unique mental health needs and fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through a wide array of issues, focusing on improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life. Qualifications\n\n • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.\n, • Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist from the State Board is mandatory.\n, • Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, particularly in a remote setting.\n, • Strong skills in completing assessments and writing detailed treatment plans and progress notes in a timely manner.\n, • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Experience working with diverse age groups, particularly with children and adolescents.\n, • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices.\n, • Background in crisis intervention and crisis management.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
