    We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Order Picker/Loader with a background in the produce industry to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, building pallets, and loading product for outbound shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities • Pick customer orders accurately according to pick tickets, invoices, or handheld systems, • Build stable, well-organized pallets of produce for shipment, • Load pallets onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner, • Handle fresh produce carefully to maintain product quality and minimize damage, • Verify product counts, weights, and labels for accuracy, • Maintain a clean and organized work area, • Follow all food safety, warehouse safety, and company procedures, • Work efficiently to meet nightly production and shipping deadlines, • Required experience in the produce industry (fresh fruits and vegetables), • Prior experience as a warehouse order picker and/or loader, • Ability to build pallets correctly and safely, • Experience working in cold or refrigerated environments preferred, • Ability to lift, stack, and move heavy product (often 50+ lbs) repeatedly, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently, • Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods, • Pallet jack or forklift experience (certification a plus), • Knowledge of produce handling, rotation, and quality standards

    Food Service Manager – Bagel & Deli Operations Position Summary The Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy bagel and deli establishment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive, organized, and efficient work environment. The Food Service Manager ensures high-quality food preparation, exceptional customer service, proper food safety practices, and effective staff management. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Leadership • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shifts., • Lead by example to maintain a positive, team-focused atmosphere., • Ensure the store opens and/or closes properly according to set procedures., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Customer Service • Greet guests, handle concerns, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional service., • Uphold the business’s reputation for quality, courtesy, and consistency., • Resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner. Food & Quality Control • Ensure all menu items are prepared correctly, consistently, and according to recipe standards., • Monitor product freshness and presentation., • Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering to prevent shortages or waste. Team Management • Train, supervise, schedule, and support team members (counter staff, sandwich makers, cooks, etc.)., • Coach employees to improve performance and maintain standards., • Conduct quick shift huddles to set goals and expectations for the day. Compliance & Safety • Ensure compliance with local health department regulations, food handling procedures, and workplace safety protocols., • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep zones, equipment, and dining areas., • Track and log temperature checks, cleaning schedules, and product rotation. Qualifications • Prior experience in food service, café, coffee shop, deli, or bagel shop required., • Strong communication and leadership skills., • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment., • Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods., • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
