Overview The Customer Operations Manager owns the end-to-end execution of customer orders from purchase order receipt through final delivery. This role serves as the operational lead for assigned customer accounts and partners cross-functionally with sales, planning, purchasing, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure accurate order fulfillment, compliant import execution, and on-time delivery. This position is operationally focused and best suited for candidates with experience in logistics, supply chain, and ERP-driven order management within an import or distribution environment. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination • Monitor inventory levels for assigned accounts and collaborate with planning and purchasing teams to support forecasts and replenishment needs., • Serve as the primary liaison to warehouse teams, prioritizing daily outbound shipments based on urgency and carrier cutoff times., • Ensure inventory accuracy and alignment between physical stock and system records.
