Establish a foundation of neutral, balanced posture and efficient movement patterns, then progress intentionally into advanced programming to build measurable gains in speed, strength, mobility, and stability. Group Training Leadership Deliver high-energy, expertly coached group training sessions that focus on skill-specific movement development, including hip mobility, trunk rotation control, core activation, sequencing, and total-body functional strength. Provide scalable progressions to ensure success across varying ability levels. Collaboration: Work closely with PGA Professional to integrate movement strategies with golf-specific mechanics goals. Education: Educate clients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and strategies for improving overall physical health. Technology Integration: Utilize advanced tools and software to track client progress and provide data-driven insights. Job Description Coordinator, Stadium Security Department: Stadium Operations Reports To: Manager, Security Systems and Business Continuity Job Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Description: Built upon our storied legacy, the Yankees look to attract the best possible talent not just on the field but in the front office as well. It is our shared responsibility to maintain the first-class reputation associated with the franchise in all aspects of our business. The Coordinator, Stadium Security serves as the Yankees’ lead representative in the Yankee Stadium Command Center, which is the central entity for the 24/7 monitoring of all security systems information within the Stadium, as well as for security related communications/dispatch resulting from the analysis of this information. The Command Center monitors CCTV and access control systems. It also serves as a central point for documenting and recording security related incidents occurring throughout the Stadium. Notifications to event security, medical staff, engineers and other mission critical staff are made from the Command Center. The game-day Titan HST messaging program, management of the Dedrone drone detection software and social media monitoring are also performed in the Command Center. Primary Responsibilities: • Serve as the Yankees’ management liaison for Command Center operations. OFF SITE & SWIM ASSISTANT DIRECTOR ROLE & KEY TASKS As one of our Off Site & Swim Assistant Directors, you'll report to the Camp Director and work closely with the Admin & Programming Assistant Directors being responsible for facilitating and delivering safe, well-organized, and impactful off-site and swim experiences for campers. This role manages all aspects of the logistics required to travel to nearby parks, swim facilities, and field trip locations (around NY and NJ). SUMMARY The Brooklyn/Staten Island Sports League Coordinator will be the main person in charge on game-days at the game location. They are responsible for the overall coordination of all Brooklyn/Staten Island based New York Edge seasonal sports leagues (occurring on Saturdays) & tournaments (days vary), both in-person & virtually. They will provide ongoing support to all NYE sites within this borough. Support will be provided through both in-person & virtual site visits. The Brooklyn/Staten Island Sports League Coordinator is responsible for managing a cohort of sports league assistants on game days. This role will also be responsible for assisting in training staff for all leagues, as well as assisting with Sports & Wellness Department special events. This is a hybrid position. This position will work out of the NYE HQ in Woodside, NY as well as various Brooklyn/Staten Island based locations where leagues are located.
