JOB DESCRIPTION The Therapies Guide is responsible for delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience within the Therapies space. Stationed at the base of the stairs leading to massage rooms, this role serves as the primary point of contact for all therapy-related flow and guest coordination. The Therapies Guide ensures guests are properly checked in, informed, and confidently directed to their services while maintaining a calm, organized, and hospitality-driven presence. This role is similar to a Front Guide but is exclusively focused on massage and therapy operations, supporting both guest experience and operational efficiency.
