We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. Role Overview: As a Marketing Associate in our Government Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with key NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, Public Works, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to schedule information sessions, where our field marketers can present our life-saving programs and secure preregistrations. We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.
