Job Description This full-time position will report to the Vice President, Specialty Claims. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Specialty Claims, to lead and manage a team of General Liability Claims Adjusters. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day claims operations, ensuring high-quality claim handling, compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in general liability claims, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
