The role will include providing regular supervision, case consultation, support with clinical decision-making, and guidance related to treatment planning, documentation, risk assessment, and professional development. The Clinical Supervisor will also help ensure that clinical practices remain consistent with professional standards, New Jersey licensing requirements, and the values of Steady Steps Counseling. Responsibilities • Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to eligible clinicians and supervisees., • Support clinicians in developing effective treatment plans and appropriate clinical interventions., • Review clinical documentation and provide feedback regarding quality, accuracy, and compliance., • Provide consultation regarding complex cases, risk assessment, crisis situations, and clinical decision-making., • Support clinicians in maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and ethical standards., • Assist with onboarding and ongoing clinical development of therapists., • Promote the use of evidence-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches., • Maintain appropriate supervision documentation and records., • Collaborate with practice leadership regarding clinical needs, policies, and quality improvement., • Remain current with applicable New Jersey social work regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards. Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy., • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state., • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient counseling., • Experience in LTC, retail, hospital, specialty, or institutional pharmacy settings preferred., • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacotherapy principles., • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EMR/EHR platforms., • Experience with medication compounding and aseptic technique preferred., • Familiarity with immunization administration and medication therapy management services., • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy compliance requirements., • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
