Essential Job Summary:: Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off and container delivery pick up). The Operations Supervisor oversees drivers, helpers, and other members of the management team and works with the Operations Site Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Supervisor ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics and other standards. Qualifications Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 7+ years of experience in asset management, lifecycle management, obsolescence management and installed base management service management, within industrial automation, intralogistics, or related industries, • Strong understanding of long-life industrial systems and service-based business models, • Experience in intralogistics automation (AS/RS, conveyors, sortation, AGVs/AMRs, warehouse control systems), • Familiarity with modernization and retrofit strategies for industrial automation systems, • Experience supporting service sales or installed base development initiatives, • Strong analytical and data management skills, • Ability to translate technical asset data into actionable business strategies, • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, long-term view of asset performance, • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Additional Information BEUMER is an innovative company, where every employee is part of the "family".
