Job DescriptionDescription: We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive People Experience Supervisor to be the welcoming face of our company and the key support for our daily office operations. This dynamic role is responsible for front-desk reception operations, maintaining the professional appearance and functionality of the employee breakroom, and providing essential administrative support to our teams. As the first point of contact at our Lake Katrine production facility, you are a key ambassador for the Bread Alone brand and a vital part of our operational success. Duties and Responsibilities The duties for this role fall into three main categories: Reception and Guest Services • Greet and welcome all guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth., • Manage the main office phone line, directing calls and taking accurate messages as necessary., • Manage the incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments., • Maintain the security of the office by monitoring visitor access and issuing temporary badges., • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are clean and prepared before and after use., • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area., • Other duties as assigned Facilities and Breakroom Management • Oversee the employee breakroom, cold case, and Dishwasher area, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and orderly throughout the day., • Manage inventory and purchasing of cold case and breakroom supplies (coffee, snacks, beverages, plates, etc.), staying within an approved budget., • Perform daily tasks like loading and unloading the dishwasher, wiping down counters, and ensuring all appliances are in working order., • Monitor and maintain stock of general office supplies (paper, pens, toner, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries., • Act as a point of contact for office maintenance requests (e.g., light bulb changes, minor repairs) and liaise with building management or external contractors., • Other duties as assigned Administrative and Team Support • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying for various departments., • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as directed by management., • Coordinate and assist with internal office events, catering for meetings, and employee celebrations., • Manage expense reports and process invoices related to office supplies and facilities., • Assist in onboarding new employees with desk setup, supply provision, and introductory office tours., • Other duties as assigned. Part-time, non-exempt Compensation Range: $18.00 - $30.50 an hour There are 2 schedules available for this role; our WEEKDAY schedule (Monday & Friday) is firm but includes the option to flex WEEKEND Day. WEEKEND schedule--(Saturday & Sunday) REQUIRES working at LEAST 1 to 2 WEEKDAYS. 25-30 hours total per week Our Values Feeding People Bread Alone creates simple, honest breads and foods.
