Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and sales-driven Regional Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our team. This individual will focus exclusively on building and growing fleet account partnerships across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is passionate about outbound sales, excels at relationship building, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Note: This is not a fully remote position. The role requires regional travel to fleet customer sites, local businesses, networking events, and regular in-office or team meetings. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required based on event or client needs. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Account Sales & Development • Prospect, pitch, and secure new fleet partnerships (e.g., delivery companies, government agencies, small business fleets)., • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to decision-makers, highlighting Champion Xpress’s fleet wash solutions., • Customize fleet programs to meet each client’s needs and demonstrate ROI., • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to document interactions, maintain pipeline visibility, and manage leads., • Track sales activity, customer interactions, and account follow-up cadence., • Maintain regular communication with existing fleet customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities., • Resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively to retain accounts., • meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the fleet program., • Support fleet-focused demos and sales events as needed., • Help coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional items for fleet outreach. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Fleet Sales Growth: • Number of new fleet partners signed per month, • Increase in wash volume from existing accounts, • Number of cold calls, in-person meetings, and follow-ups logged in CRM, • Growth in multi-location and high-volume fleet partnerships, • Participation in networking events, business expos, and fleet trade events Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or fleet services sales, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong organizational and CRM skills, • Self-motivated and able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals, • Champion Xpress Core Values:, • All team members are expected to embody and promote the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions with customers, partners, and team members., • Job Type: Full-time, • Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, • Benefits:, • 401(k), • Employee discount, • Flexible schedule, • Health insurance, • Vision insurance, • Schedule:, • 8 hour shift, • Monday to Friday, • Weekends as needed
