The Role *Hybrid role out of Melville NY or Brooklyn NY The Paid Social Performance Manager will own paid social campaign strategy and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok to drive scale efficiently while reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC). This role requires an analytical, hands-on media manager with experience scaling campaigns, deep knowledge of platform best practices, and proven account management expertise. You will work under the Director of Paid Media, collaborate with cross-channel specialists, and contribute daily to a client-facing Slack channel, offering proactive communication and real-time performance updates. Key Responsibilities • Lead paid social campaign execution and day-to-day account management across Meta and TikTok., • Scale campaigns effectively while continuously optimizing CAC and ROAS., • Manage and adjust budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and support full-funnel performance., • Partner closely with creative and analytics teams to guide ad creative testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization., • Conduct daily monitoring, pacing, bid adjustments, and reporting to ensure objectives are met., • Deliver proactive updates and performance learnings in a client-facing Slack channel serving as a primary point of contact on social campaign activity., • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok., • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, and funnel performance data., • Direct client account management experience, including presenting insights and performance recommendations., • Deep understanding of platform-native ad tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign structures for Meta and TikTok., • Demonstrated knowledge of Meta compliance requirements and advertising restrictions, particularly for healthcare and regulated industries., • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and analytics teams., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Description As part of IPRO’s Managed Care Department, the Senior Data Analyst will perform complex analyses using advanced technical knowledge as well as interpret and provide written summaries of analysis output. The Senior Data Analyst will also be responsible for the identification and response to efficiency-promoting opportunities within the department. Duties to include but not limited to: • Ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and face validity of all work., • Representing department leadership on customer and client calls for specific areas of subject matter expertise., • Demonstrating the ability to multitask and manage many simultaneous projects and last-minute emergencies to meet deadlines while still maintaining a strong attention to detail., • Supporting continuous quality improvement. Contributes regularly to improving data and analytics sophistication and efficiency within the department and across the IPRO enterprise., • Creating documentation (such as code detail, report specifications, narrative backup, and metadata) for all outputs. Reviews documentation produced by more junior analysts., • Troubleshooting any data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources., • Demonstrates advanced expertise in healthcare data domains, including claims, encounters, eligibility, provider information, and electronic health records (EHR), with the ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets to drive actionable insight., • Ability to solve complex business problems and opportunities through the design and development of efficient, high-quality and customer-centric analytic solutions., • Ability to distill complex technical content and issues into audience-specific and layperson-friendly terms., • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team., • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and client deliverables., • Possesses stellar communications skills, both written and oral; able to produce effective written summaries outlining the results of complex analyses, with strong people skills with the ability to interact effectively with external customers., • Demonstrates mastery in the following toolsets: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word., • Experience with REDCap, SAS, strongly preferred., • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, research or health-related field, required., • Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, public health or related social science with course work including both statistical and process analysis, preferred. About the Position The Project Coordinator plays a central role in managing all internal operations throughout the customer lifecycle—from proposal through project closeout. This position ensures seamless cross-department coordination, supports on-time and on-budget delivery, and helps maintain an exceptional customer experience.
