Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Load finished goods onto pallets according to product specifications, • Build and stack pallets for shipment in a safe and organized manner, • Secure completed pallets using clear stretch wrap, • Report any product damages or inconsistencies to the shift supervisor promptly, • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, • Support other departments as needed based on production demands Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred., • Prior working knowledge in a manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, preferred., • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions., • Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and loud production environment., • Ability to handle continuous movement., • Flexibility in work schedule, based on volume needs, which could require working overtime during high demand., • Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined company policies and procedures, safety rules and SOPs., • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions., • Attention to details. Physical Demands: • Ability to frequently lift 70 lbs. and move heavy objects., • Constant manual dexterity use., • Ability to use a hand pallet jack., • Required to stand for long period of time., • Ability to walk, bend, lift, pull, twist, kneel, and reach with hand and arms for extended periods of time. Standard working hours are Monday - Friday; 5pm - 1:30am Pay Rate: $17.00 Monday to Friday 5:00pm-1:30am
