The Mobile Pantry Driver is responsible for ensuring all items needed for the mobile pantry are properly loaded/ unloaded on the van, providing transportation to the mobile sites, and assisting in distribution while at the mobile site. The Mobile Pantry Driver will report to the Warehouse & Mobile Operations Supervisor at the 1285 Oak Point Ave, Bronx, NY 10474 location. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 2:30 pm; one hour lunch. This is a Full-Time position, non-exempt. Responsibilities: * Properly and safely drive the agency-owned box truck. * Ensure that maintenance of the truck is upheld at all times; any maintenance needs and/ or repairs must be reported to the Warehouse & Mobile Operations Supervisor immediately. * Work with Food Programs Associates to set up and pack up the distribution area at mobile sites. * Ensure that all commodities are properly dated and transported to mobile site locations according to NYC food handling standards. * Load and unload deliveries at permanent office space to ensure the office food storage room is adequately stocked with commodities. * Prepare the distribution space before the program begins, coordinating with partnership staff to set up the room for pantry distribution. * Design the most effective and efficient route in collaboration with the Warehouse & Mobile Operations Supervisor. * Participate, when necessary, in maintaining inventory for all food and program-related supplies and ensure the appropriate storage of delivered items. * Assist with warehouse cleanliness and organization as needed, including cleaning shared work areas and supporting commodities packing and preparation. * Other responsibilities as assigned. Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 Annually based on relevant experience Location: 1000 Gates Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11221 Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Onsite The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is part of the Admin HR team and leads full-cycle recruitment for all office-based roles across our licensed home care agencies, from front-line staff to Director-level positions, primarily non-exempt roles across multiple New York locations. This role also supports onboarding RN contractors, ensuring all pre-employment and licensing compliance requirements are met. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, Admin, and based in our Brooklyn headquarters, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced home health care environment and oversees the offer and onboarding process to deliver a professional and compliant new hire experience. Responsibilities • Work closely with hiring managers to finalize job descriptions, and fully understand role specifications and hiring needs, and collaborate on recruitment strategies and interview process., • Post roles on our job boards, manage candidate flow and screen applicants against job profiles, • Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring managers, • Facilitate the offer process, manage pre-employment screening(s), conduct background checks and onboard candidates as new hires, • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed, and communications are sent out to new employees for Orientation, • Initiate the onboarding process and work closely with various internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, • Support the company's employee referral program, • Stay current and provide insight on candidate / industry trends Qualifications & Experience • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 2–3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience in the home care industry or related field, • Experience supporting multiple hiring managers across multiple locations, • Proven ability to draft job descriptions and job postings and translate job requirements into strong candidate profiles, • Advanced working knowledge of an ATS (Workable experience a plus), • Experience using job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, • Experience onboarding employees into payroll and HRIS systems required; familiarity with Viventium or similar payroll platforms preferred, • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams We offer the Ultimate employee perks! • Comprehensive Health, Vision, Dental Benefits, • 401k Retirement plan + Employer Match, • Voluntary Life, Critical Illness, Group Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance, • Generous paid time off, sick time + more!
