POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President (EVP). This role is responsible for managing calendars and inboxes, serving as a proxy in meetings when needed, driving project execution and coordinating travel and on-site visits across Fresno, Los Angeles, and Orange County communities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at streamlining day-to-day tasks, managing special projects, and planning events. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Executive Support, • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless coordination of the EVP time and occasionally the CEO., • Monitor and prioritize email inboxes, drafting responses and handling correspondence as appropriate., • Serve as a proxy in meetings, capturing notes, driving follow-up, and representing the EVP when needed., • Travel & Community Support, • Coordinate and accompany/drive the EVP on travel to Fresno, LA, and OC communities., • Ensure logistics for site visits, community events, and leadership meetings are well-organized., • Project & Event Management, • Support the execution of operational projects and initiatives to drive efficiency., • Plan, coordinate, and manage events, including internal leadership gatherings and community-focused events., • Assist in streamlining processes and creating organizational systems to improve day-to-day effectiveness., • Operations Support, • Track key initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed., • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the EVP, • Anticipate operational needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered., • This role requires that the candidate maintain a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. Finalists will be required to provide a current Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) as part of the hiring process., • 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative support experience, preferably in multi-site or high-growth organizations and in support of high-level executives., • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information with professionalism., • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools., • Willingness to travel regularly in Fresno and to LA and OC communities.
