Provide detailed written reports with identified needs and treatment strategies., • Develop & Implement Communication Supports – Design, implement, and train staff on the use of linguistically and developmentally appropriate augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) tools to support student communication., • Support Educational Teams – Collaborate with educators and therapists to model and facilitate the use of oral motor techniques, visuals, and language strategies. Help create a consistent, supportive communication environment across settings., • Work Collaboratively – Serve as an active member of an interdisciplinary team. Participate in regular meetings, share insights, and contribute to whole-child approaches to care., • Engage with Families – Maintain regular communication with parents and caregivers to share progress, provide strategies, and support home-school consistency., • Support Professional Practice & Compliance – Attend staff development and continuing education programs to stay current.
