PURPOSE: The Jewish Board's Community Behavioral Health treatment programs provide compassionate, high quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. Our staff uses a culturally competent, person centered approach to help individuals and their families develop skills and resources to improve overall functioning, to instill hope, and to strengthen resiliency. Our programs work closely with community partners to address health disparities in our neighborhoods while also celebrating the strengths and resilience of our communities. Our children's community residences are single site residence's that provide a group living for eight children and/or adolescents. The program provides a supervised, trauma informed therapeutic environment which seeks to develop the resident's skills and capacity to live in the community and attend school/work as appropriate. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Case Manager works with children and adolescents in the community residence and is responsible for the supervision, care and skill building related to the youth's individual service and treatment plans. The Case Manager serves as a positive role model while providing therapeutic support, trauma informed care and supervision. All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with the standards of regulatory bodies and of the Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services. The Opportunity MacDowell, America’s first multidisciplinary artist residency program, seeks a Director of Institutional Giving (D-IG) for a full-time, hybrid position based in our New York City office and gallery space starting in May 2026. Since its founding in 1907, MacDowell has provided crucial time and space to more than 9,500 artists working across a variety of disciplines. MacDowell Fellowships have supported James Baldwin, Celine Song, Meredith Monk, Isabel Sandoval, Michael Chabon, Bebe Miller, Paula Vogel, Faith Ringgold, and many others in creating their enduring works of the imagination. The Director of Institutional Giving works under the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to secure foundation, corporate, and government funding as part of a dynamic and collaborative Development team that raises $4 million+ annually. The Director will function at a senior level to develop strategies and long-term partnerships to sustain and grow institutional funding from current and prospective funders. Bringing innovative approaches to research, analysis, cultivation, and stewardship that contribute to MacDowell’s broader development program, the Director will oversee an annual raise of $1.5 million in support of MacDowell’s strategic objectives, with the goal of growing institutional giving to $2-3 million per year over time. What We Need: This role is a hands-on, highly dynamic facilities position responsible for keeping multiple NYC locations safe, functional, and welcoming. The Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator supports day‑to‑day building operations by performing a wide range of basic maintenance tasks—including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs—and by ensuring all building systems and commercial kitchen equipment remain in good working order. During monthly drilling, Physicians in the Reserve typically drill at a location close to their homes. This gives the flexibility to expand your medical experiences in the Navy without compromising your civilian practice at home. Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent. Furthermore, serving as a Reservist physician allows for unique and exciting experiences beyond patient care.
