The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm. • Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments based on client requirements, via phone and email, ensuring coverage of assigned shifts in a 24/7/365 environment., • Coordination with agents, carriers, and brokers to procure scheduling and rates, as well as administration of these activities., • Routing of shipments and preparation of pre-alert documentation., • Booking of all air and ground shipments with appropriate agent/carrier Coordinates pick-up and delivery of shipments with shipper/consignee., • Enters all shipments and related information into the applicable TMS as required in a timely manner ensuring milestones are available in real-time., • Follow up on all shipments to ensure customer commitments are met., • Validate that critical connections are made.
