This role ensures all pools are safe, clean, and in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning of pools, including vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and backwashing filters. Test water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.) and apply necessary chemicals to balance water. Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and chlorinators. Maintain records of water quality, service activities, and repairs. Advise customers on pool care, chemical use, and best practices. Identify and report major issues or needed repairs to supervisors or clients. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Load/unload tools and materials; maintain clean and organized work vehicle.
