Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their financial plans align with evolving needs and market conditions., • Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including investment portfolio reviews, retirement projections, tax strategies, and risk assessments., • Develop and implement customized financial plans, leveraging our firm’s resources and tools to optimize client outcomes., • Collaborate with the advisory team on complex cases, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall service delivery., • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide proactive advice., • Participate in business development activities to expand the firm’s existing client base, with support from our marketing and operations teams. Qualifications • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Financial Planner or Life Insurance Agent preferably in wealth management or a similar advisory role., • Active FINRA Series 6/7, Series 66 (or equivalent) and health and life licenses required; CFP® or similar certification strongly preferred., • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro), and CRM systems., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with affluent clients., • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus., • Commitment to ethical practices and client-first principles.
