Job DescriptionDocument Processor / Compliance Analyst (Full-Time - NJ) Business Credentialing Services, Inc. (BCS) is a fast-growing technology company in the insurance and risk management industries. We are growing our Operations department and are looking to hire a Document Processor to assist with data entry and customer support. Today, we have more than 70 employees and two office locations in Parsippany, NJ and Provo, UT. Our compliance and risk management platform helps companies reduce their risk exposure by systematically verifying Vendors/Suppliers they do business with. Blending professional services with web-based applications, BCS continues to maintain its foothold as one of the industry leaders. Job Type: Full-time Employee Pay: $19.50 per hour Responsibilities: • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases., • Review incoming documentation to verify pertinent information for our clients., • Send emails and make phone calls to provide feedback on the documents received., • Assist with administrative tasks as needed., • Attend team meetings/phone calls. Requirements: • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Ability to perform data entry tasks within our software platform quickly and accurately., • Intermediate computer literacy is required., • Bachelor's Degree required in any field. Employee Benefits and Additional Information: • Starting Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour., • Required to report to the office in Parsippany, NJ Monday - Friday. When an employee reaches six months of employment, they can work remotely one day per week. When an employee reaches three years of service, they can work remotely two days per week., • Semi-Annual Pay Increases - Employee can earn up to a 2.5% pay rate increase every six months based on performance., • Healthcare Benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental) are available for employees on their first day of employment., • 401(k) / Retirement Benefits - An employee is eligible to participate in the BCS 401(k) program with company matching on their three-month anniversary., • Paid Federal Holidays and Paid Time Off.

Job Description OVERVIEW: Are you looking for a job that's both challenging and fun? Join our dynamic team as a Sampling Agent in the exciting and ever-evolving New Jersey medical and adult-use cannabis industry. This full-time, day shift position involves traveling to various grower and processor sites to collect medical and recreational cannabis samples. The role requires adherence to strict aseptic techniques and meticulous documentation to ensure the secure transfer of samples to our laboratory. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Sampling Agent is responsible for routine sampling, including but not limited to the random, and representative collection of cannabis and cannabis products submitted for compliance sampling, additional non-random sampling for Research & Development (R&D) purposes, secured transportation of samples submitted to the laboratory for testing and maintaining the laboratory's physical inventory of cannabis and cannabis products, as defined by each state's regulatory body. As a client-facing role, the Sampling Agent is expected to exercise reasonable discretion within the performance of all professional duties. QUALIFICATIONS: must: • Be at least 21 years old., • Maintain a valid driver's license., • Have a high school diploma, or equivalent., • Have two years of customer service experience (preferred), • Able to meet the eligibility requirements for employment within a cannabis business set by the state of New Jersey., • Travel daily to grower/processor sites within the state of New Jersey using a company provided vehicle., • Interact professionally with clients on-site, representing the company with a high level of professionalism., • Collect medical cannabis samples using aseptic techniques., • Accurately document all necessary information on chain of custody forms and manifests utilizing good documentation practices., • Ensure secure transfer of samples back to the laboratory and other duties as assigned in the laboratory., • Adapt to a varying daily schedule based on client needs. may include: • Frequent Standing, sitting, walking, • Reaching with arms and hands, • Using hands, • Talking and hearing, • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, • Lifting or moving up to 40 lbs, • Close vision, • Color vision, • Ability to adjust focus, • Ability to concentrate and produce accurate work consistently, • Willingness to experience non-ambient environmental conditions during field-sampling, • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • 8 hour shift, • Day shift
