Job description: Busy primary doctor office in Warren & Summit looking for an energetic, positive attitude person in full-time position as certified CMA. Must be certified with NCCT, AMT, CCMA, AAMA, or NHA. Computer skills necessary, EPIC EHR a plus. Perform procedures under supervision of healthcare physician. Escort patients to exam rooms, measure vital signs including weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, etc. and document all information in patient’s chart. Give instructions to patients as instructed by physician Ensure all related reports, labs and information is filed and is available in patients’ medical records prior to their appointment. Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments as required. Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls. Triage and process messages from patients and front office staff to physicians. Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, etc.) Enter patients at front desk, including collection of copays, signing in and signing out of patient in the medical office and closing the day. Acquire pre-certifications for procedures and medications. All other duties as assigned by clinical coordinator or practice administrator. Key Responsibilities: AI Image Creation & Prompting Design, refine, and optimize prompts across platforms like MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, and other state-of-the-art AI models. Experiment with parameters, fine-tuning, and negative prompting to achieve consistent high-quality results. Manage iterative workflows for creating realistic, stylized, or humorous AI images. Meme & Culture Integration Develop image concepts rooted in meme culture, social media trends, and community-specific humor. Tailor AI-generated content to individual personalities, ensuring resonance with unique audiences. Stay ahead of cultural shifts, viral trends, and internet humor to keep TroneyAI’s content relevant and impactful. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with content strategists, developers, and clients to understand project goals and translate them into AI visuals. Provide creative direction for campaigns, including concept mockups and style guides for AI-generated art. Contribute to TroneyAI’s internal knowledge base on AI prompting techniques and best practices. Quality & Ethics Ensure outputs align with brand voice and ethical standards for responsible AI image use. Maintain attention to detail when evaluating image realism, cultural sensitivity, and usability. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field, OR equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms (Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL·E, etc.). Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques, including style transfers and parameter tuning. Familiarity with meme culture, internet communities, and the ability to adapt humor across audiences. A creative portfolio showcasing AI-driven visuals, memes, or design projects. Preferred: Basic knowledge of Python or relevant scripting for automation/customization of AI workflows. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other image-editing tools to enhance AI-generated assets. Understanding of ethical considerations in AI content generation.
