This is a hands-on leadership role: • You work directly with patients, • You lead and support the aesthetics team, • You help shape the overall experience and standards --- What You’ll Do Patient Care & Treatments • Perform advanced treatments (facials, microneedling, lasers, etc.), • Conduct thoughtful consultations centered on patient concerns, • Build treatment plans focused on long-term results and continuity of care Team Leadership • Lead and support a team of aestheticians, • Coach for consistency in patient experience and clinical approach, • Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Department Performance • Support strong patient retention and follow-through with treatment plans- Guide a consultative, education-based approach to services and products, • Help elevate overall department performance and patient engagement Operations & Collaboration • Maintain treatment room standards, • Support scheduling flow with front desk, • Help refine internal systems and processes Growth & Innovation • Stay current on new techniques and technologies, • Bring forward ideas that elevate patient outcomes and overall offerings --- What We’re Looking For Experience • Licensed Medical Aesthetician, • 5+ years of medspa experience, • Experience with microneedling and IPL/laser treatments is required, • Prior leadership experience required Skills • Strong consultation and communication skills, • Ability to guide patients with clarity and confidence, • Natural leadership ability, • High attention to detail, consistency, and luxury services, • Ability to coach and support others Mindset • Patient-first, results-driven, • Values natural, long-term outcomes, • Takes ownership of both patient experience and department performance, • Acts as an ambassador of healthy living and thoughtful aesthetics --- How Success is Measured • Consistent, high-quality patient experience, • Patient retention and continuity of care, • Team performance and development, • Overall department performance and growth --- Hours • This is a client-facing role that will continue to evolve and expand as client needs and organizational priorities grow. 3 days a week will be for client care and the other 2 will be for admin work., • Availability for evenings and Saturday's as needed is required. --- Compensation • Competitive base (clinical + leadership responsibilities), • Performance-based incentives, • Growth opportunity within a developing, high-end practice

Job Description About the Role Our integrative wellness clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will partner with clients to support meaningful, sustainable change across nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and overall well-being. You will work alongside our practitioners to deliver a whole-person approach to health, helping clients translate clinical recommendations into achievable daily habits. Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients clarify health goals, identify obstacles, and build personalized action plans., • Guide clients through behavior change strategies related to nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and self-care., • Collaborate with clinic providers to support and reinforce treatment plans through ongoing accountability and follow-up., • Facilitate group workshops, wellness classes, or educational sessions on integrative health topics as needed., • Document client progress accurately and maintain confidential records in accordance with clinic policies and HIPAA standards., • Provide warm, non-judgmental support that empowers clients to take ownership of their well-being., • Stay current on integrative health research, bio-individuality concepts, and evidence-based coaching practices. Qualifications Required: • Completion of the Health Coach Training Program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN)., • Strong understanding of holistic and integrative approaches to wellness, including bio-individuality and primary food concepts., • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and motivational interviewing skills., • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality., • Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full daily client schedule., • Comfort working within a clinical, team-based environment. Preferred: • National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential or willingness to pursue it., • Prior experience coaching clients in a clinical, functional medicine, or integrative wellness setting., • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) or client management systems., • Additional training in mindfulness, behavior change, or related modalities.
