Job Description Ongoing Temporary Assignment Candidates with Immediate Availability to Start Prefered A prestigious law firm, is seeking a polished, professional, and highly capable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and guests for their New York location. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of office operations. The ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, capable of handling front desk operations, administrative support, and various office services with poise and discretion. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with prior experience in a legal or corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients, attorneys, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor., • Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide top-tier client service., • Oversee conference room scheduling and ensure seamless meeting coordination., • Assist with administrative tasks such as document preparation, mail distribution, and office organization., • Support attorneys and staff with office services, including coordination of light facilities., • Maintain a polished and well-organized reception area, ensuring a high-end client experience., • Bachelor’s degree preferred., • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment highly preferred., • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills., • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion., • A polished, professional, and proactive approach to client service.
