Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Drain / Sewer Technician to perform drain cleaning, sewer camera inspections, and related diagnostic work in residential and light commercial settings. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with drain equipment, understands how to diagnose sewer issues correctly, communicates well with customers, and takes pride in clean, professional work. What We Offer • Competitive compensation with base pay plus performance incentives, • Fully stocked company-provided service vehicle, • Top-tier tools and equipment, • Health insurance, • 401(k) with company contribution, • Paid time off, • Opportunity for advancement as the company grows, • Supportive team environmentWhat Youll Do, • Clear and clean drain lines using appropriate equipment, including drum and sectional machines, specialty heads, and related tools, • Perform sewer camera inspections and identify issues such as roots, offsets, bellies, breaks, and blockages, • Document findings with clear notes, photos, and videos using ServiceTitan, • Recommend the appropriate next step based on diagnosis, including maintenance, jetting, repair, replacement, lining, or excavation coordination, • Educate customers on drain and sewer conditions and explain repair or maintenance options clearly and professionally, • Set proper expectations regarding recurrence, maintenance, and the difference between clearing a line and cleaning a line, • Protect customer property by maintaining clean work areas, using proper containment, and operating equipment safely, • Monday through Friday, • Rotating on-call schedule for evenings, early mornings, and weekendsWhat Success Looks Like, • Safe, efficient operation of drain and sewer equipment, • Accurate diagnosis supported by camera evidence and documentation, • Professional communication with customers and team members, • Low repeat clogs and callbacks due to correct recommendations, • 3+ years of drain and/or sewer experience, or strong equivalent field experience, • Valid drivers license with clean driving record, • Experience operating drain cleaning equipment safely and effectively, • Understanding of common pipe materials, drain line conditions, and sewer system issues, • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments, including basements, crawlspaces, and tight spaces, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Comfortable using mobile apps and field service software such as ServiceTitan or similar platformsPreferred, • Sewer camera inspection experience, • Locator experience, • Hydro-jetting experience, • ServiceTitan experience, • Ability to present repair options ethically and professionally Work Location: In person
