Position Summary: The Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for leading the Manufacturing team during their assigned shift. This employee will be responsible for overseeing the employees of the department and making sure that all company and state regulations and procedures are followed accurately. Safely handle and dispose of cannabis waste according to processes defined in SOP’s. Produce reliable and precise data for completion of all required batch, equipment, quality, inventory and state mandated seed to sale documentation. Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records. Maintaining equipment health by performing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checks Assist in creating and maintaining SOP’s for various processes Assist in maintaining equipment asset logs Assist in training new hires Help conduct R&D to improve efficiencies in the manufacturing processes Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces. The Fulfillment Inventory Technician (Vault Tech) will be responsible for picking and packaging orders for the drivers and deliveries as well as intake for finished products in the grow/processing facility. Position Description: The Flower Packaging Post-Harvest Lead will be responsible for leading the different areas of the Post-Harvest department, overseeing the employees of the department, and making sure product is packaged according to state and company regulations. As a Lead Cultivator, you will work within the Cultivation Department and report to the Cultivation Manager. You will assist the Cultivation Manager by carrying out day-to-day processes within the grow rooms and overseeing the daily activities of assigned cultivation team members, under the guidance and supervision of the Cultivation Manager. The tasks associated with this position include but are not limited to: crop tracking, crop documentation, performing crop production duties, labeling, cleaning, and training in accordance with the state of New Jersey regulations and TerrAscend policies and procedures.
