This includes overseeing the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of capacity-building strategies that strengthen the ability of state public health, stakeholders, and the 8 BTC Health Systems for New York contractors (HSTFNY) to improve access to and utilization of evidence-based and innovative tobacco use treatment (TUT) services in healthcare settings across New York State to reduce tobacco-related morbidity and mortality. In addition, this position partners with the Director of Tobacco Control Health Initiatives to develop and sustain strategic partnerships, convene and facilitate stakeholder meetings, and contribute expertise to broader tobacco-related initiatives.
