At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-led brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnitys Brand Marketing team will build a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute sponsorship and experiential marketing strategies that expand our brands presence in the real world and through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of tactical executional strength and strategic vision someone who thrives at turning ideas into meaningful brand moments that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty. As a Senior Associate, Brand Marketing (Sponsorships & Events), youll lead the planning and execution of branded activations, sponsorships, partnerships, and event experiences that amplify our story and bring the brand to life across key markets. Youll operate as both a hands-on project owner and a cross-functional connector collaborating with Growth, PR, Culinary, Creative, and external partners to create memorable experiences that reflect our mission and fuel brand love. You will report to theBrand Experience Directorand play a pivotal role in building a high-impact sponsorship and events strategy that deepens connections with consumers, chefs, and communities. • Lead the sponsorship and events strategy identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships and event opportunities that align with brand and business goals, from local community events to large-scale category sponsorships., • Own end-to-end planning and executionof brand activations, pop-ups, sponsorships, and experiential programs from brief development and creative direction to on-site logistics and post-event analysis., • Collaborate cross-functionallywith Growth, PR, Social, Product, and Culinary to ensure cohesive storytelling and integration across all brand touch points., • Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring creative quality, operational excellence, and strong ROI., • Develop toolkits and playbooksfor scalable regional activations that reinforce the brands presence and messaging consistency., • Negotiate and manage budgets and contractsfor sponsorships and events, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and measurable outcomes., • Track performance and impact, establishing KPIs for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion; conduct post-mortems to identify learnings and optimization opportunities., • Stay attuned to trendsin experiential marketing, hospitality, and partnerships bringing forward fresh ideas that position the brand as an innovator in the food and lifestyle space., • 5+ years of experiencein brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential/event marketing ideally within a consumer, lifestyle, or hospitality brand., • Proven ability toplan and execute large-scale events and partnerships, from concept to completion., • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and agencies simultaneously., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners., • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable improvements., • Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitudewith the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment., • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically from contract negotiations to on-site event coordination., • Willingness to travel frequently(approximately 2540%) for event activations, partnership meetings, and on-site execution., • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
