    We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate (20–35 hours/week) who brings presence, curiosity, and strong communication to the sales floor, along with a real interest in design. This is an active retail sales role. You'll engage customers through natural conversation, share the stories behind what we carry, and help guide people from initial curiosity toward purchase in a positive way that is aligned with their needs. You'll work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, occasionally represent BARIZI at in-store events (always paid and scheduled in advance), and take pride in keeping the space looking its best including light in-store cleaning as part of maintaining our standards. The role begins soon after hiring concludes and includes a 90-day evaluation period with regular check-ins. It rewards initiative, awareness, and consistency on the floor.
