Youll engage in outbound and inbound sales, build strong relationships, and help customers make smart decisions about their coverageall while driving agency growth. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you're not licensed yet, our agency will fully support you through the licensing process. Role Description As an Account Associate, you will be a key sales producer within the agency. Youll build a strong pipeline, follow up consistently, and carry conversations that move prospects from interest to action. Your success will directly contribute to agency revenue, retention, and long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive New Business Proactively market and sell insurance products to warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospects. Consult & Recommend Conduct policy reviews, uncover needs, and confidently present customized coverage solutions. Build Loyalty Strengthen relationships through follow-up, retention strategies, and exceptional service. Support Client Operations Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims follow-up. Collaborate for Sales Success Partner with agency teammates to meetand exceedindividual and agency sales goals.
