Responsibilities: • To control the provision of welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track and loyalty program operation services to passengers in accordance with the established rules and procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction., • To prepare and follow the daily work plans of the employees in order to provide the services without interruption., • To make the necessary reporting to the Operations Manager in order to transfer the information, demands and expectations from the passengers regarding the product to the relevant units., • To supervise and control the fixtures at the service points, to ensure the solution of malfunctions, to control the order and cleanliness of the service points. Job Summary Job Summary: Working as an Assistant General Manager, you are responsible for maintaining the account along with the General Manager in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client as well as other departments within the operation. You will promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will be expected to foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.
