Job Description The Channel Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with our channel partners, driving growth within those channels, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The CPM will make sure that each channel is handled with care and assure that orders are processed efficiently, and with great accuracy. The CPM will also oversee issuing all channel partner invoices and will make sure the warehouse staff is given clear instructions on how to properly fulfill these orders. Copes effectively with complexity., • Running Meetings: Demonstrates ability to organize and run effective meetings., • Prompt resolution of Channel Partner Issues, • Order issuance and fulfillment meets and exceeds requirements set by channel partner, • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing channel partners, fostering mutual growth and success., • Answer customer calls from channel partners and emails; handle inquiries about product installation, order status, missing items, returns, and technical questions., • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts, • Maintain proper files and record for all shipments, • Ensure packing slips are current and prints out for every order, • Maintain proper documentation and SOPs in Confluence, • Schedule freight for a few select partners, • Use ERP and CRM (HubSpot) to look up and enter orders, provide tracking, and estimate fulfillment dates and times., • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively including the following current partners:, • Lowes, • Home Depot, • Large Franchisee, • Walmart, • eBay, • Amazon, • Bilingual (Spanish / English) is preferred.
