Job DescriptionSalary: $180,000 $240,000 /year + BONUS Responsibilities • Lead and manage overall sales strategy across multiple channels, including marketing, big box retailers, and dealer networks., • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the electric mobility sector., • Build and manage relationships with key accounts such as major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Lowes, Costco, Home Depot) and dealer partners., • Oversee marketing initiatives to support sales growth, brand positioning, and market penetration., • Conduct sales forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking to ensure revenue targets are achieved., • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance management., • Collaborate with operations, finance, product, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies with business objectives., • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and improve margins., • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote the brand and develop partnerships., • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and team performance. Requirements • Bachelors degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field., • Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with proven success in managing sales teams and achieving targets., • Strong track record in big box retail sales and dealer network sales., • Familiarity with electric mobility products, including golf carts, UTVs, EVs, e-bikes, and electric motorcycles., • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions., • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing executive-level customer relationships., • Results-oriented, highly accountable, and able to work effectively under pressure., • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute nationwide or regional sales plans., • Financial acumen with knowledge of sales profitability, ROI, and budget management., • Bilingual proficiency (English required; Mandarin Chinese required).
