Why You'll Love Working at EWC • Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $105,000, based on experience, schedule flexibility, and specialties, • Work-Life Balance: Owned and operated by a therapist who knows the importance of self-care, • Generous Benefits: Health benefits, 401k (3% match), paid time off, sick time, wellness stipend, and CEU reimbursement, • Supportive Environment: Full-time administrative support to handle intake calls, scheduling, billing, and more, • Room for Growth: We prefer to promote from within, • Team Culture: Enjoy team outings, social events, and a fun, supportive work atmosphere, • Ongoing Training: Access to specialized training and clinical support to help you and your team continue to grow Core Responsibilities: • Provide individual supervision to pre-licensed therapists (e.g., LSWs, LACs) to support clinical growth and professional development., • Hold weekly supervision meetings with supervisees to review cases, provide clinical feedback, and offer guidance on therapeutic best practices., • Keep accurate weekly supervision notes, including topics discussed, goals, and progress., • Complete and submit Proposed Plans of Supervision as required by the Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapy boards., • Complete quarterly evaluations every three months for LSW supervisees, in compliance with Social Work licensing board requirements., • Identify growth areas for supervisees and recommend relevant training resources (e.g., books, CE courses, podcasts, or experiential learning)., • Support supervisees in strengthening clinical skills such as rapport building, client engagement, and caseload management., • Review clinical documentation regularly, including intakes, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to ensure accuracy and compliance with practice standards and legal requirements., • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to address performance-related concerns, participate in the implementation of clinical support plans when necessary, and ensure supervisees receive appropriate guidance and support., • Stay informed on current ethical, legal, and licensing updates relevant to clinical practice and supervision., • Continue professional development in both clinical practice and supervisory skills to enhance effectiveness in the role. Practice Involvement & Collaboration: • Coordinate with the Clinical Director, Office Manager, Administrative Team, and Clinical Team to support smooth clinical operations., • Host weekly Office Hours and/or case consultations to provide clinical guidance and respond to administrative or clinical questions from team memberssupporting clarity, consistency, and professional development across the practice. These may be held on a scheduled basis or as needed based on team requests or clinical issues., • Participate in weekly Supervisor Meetings to ensure consistency and quality in supervision practices across the team, support ongoing practice development, and stay informed about updates to policies, procedures, and clinical processes., • Rotate on-call responsibilities 12 times per week to support clinical operations, manage emergencies, or address client needs outside regular hours. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to foster a positive, team-oriented environment and deliver feedback in a clear, supportive, and constructive manner., • Must be able to promote a culture that inspires supervisees to feel passionate about client care and motivated to grow their clinical skills., • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities., • Must be comfortable using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and capable of training others in its effective use., • Must have strong organizational and time management skills., • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently., • Must be a flexible and adaptable communicator, able to tailor communication style to meet the needs of different team members and situations. Education and Certification Requirements • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling (Required), • New Jersey LCSW, LPClicense, • Must be certified to provide clinical supervision Job Type: Full-Time Location: In-person (Shrewsbury/Manalapan area), with potential for one day virtual per week. Weekend availability is preferred.
