We specialize in large-scale commercial new construction and complex alteration projects. We are not involved in single-family residential construction. Only applicants with relevant commercial real estate development experience will be considered. Position Overview The Real Estate Development Project Manager will oversee projects from site evaluation and pre-development through entitlements, design development, and construction coordination. This role requires a professional who understands the full development lifecycle — including land use regulations, zoning constraints, feasibility modeling, permitting pathways, and architectural document coordination.
