Job Description About the Role The Ops Associate at Our Client in Fort Lee, NJ serves as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the company. The role supports new store openings (NSO), provides operational support for existing stores, assists with risk management and customer escalations, and communicates company information to franchise locations and internal departments. Reports to the Regional Manager / Sr. Regional Manager. Full-time, Operations Team. Requirements Responsibilities • Support all operational tasks required for opening a new store (NSO)., • Under supervision of the Senior Franchise Business Consultant, understand and assist with processes involved in new store openings., • Communicate with franchisees in advance according to the NSO process and follow up based on the established timeline., • Monitor store performance after opening and communicate with franchisees as needed under Senior Franchise Business Consultant guidance., • Develop and continuously update NSO processes to optimize new store openings., • Conduct accompanied store visits with the Senior Franchise Business Consultant to support operational needs., • Inspect name tag compliance, promotional material placement, product quality, displays, packaging, and menu board conditions; conduct on-site training if improvement is needed., • Support collection and administrative procedures for existing stores., • In collaboration with the Regional Manager, identify stores requiring operational improvement and provide solutions through sales analysis and store environment reviews, seeking guidance from the Senior Franchise Business Consultant as needed., • Provide guidance on completing QSC reports for store condition assessment and improvement., • Train franchisees on appropriate response methods for customer complaints and handle escalations, with guidance from Sr. FBC or Regional Manager when necessary., • Serve as the communication channel between franchise locations and the company for marketing, new products, and company policies., • Communicate with internal departments (Marketing, SCM, Interior Design, Store Development, etc.) to understand internal processes and relay information to franchisees. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required., • Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, Email)., • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills., • Proven ability to learn new operational standards quickly and train others effectively., • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required., • Willingness to travel regionally for New Store Openings (NSOs) and store visits (up to 75% travel)., • Prior experience (1+ years) in the food service, quick service restaurant (QSR), or multi-unit retail industry (preferred)., • Relevant leadership experience, such as a shift leader or supervisory role (preferred)., • An associate's Degree or relevant training in Hospitality or Business (preferred)., • Korean language not required.
